Party drinker

 

Mai Tai

20 ml Cointreau or Triple Sec
20 ml dark rum
20 ml white rum
10 ml Amaretto
20 ml squeezed lemon
1 dash lime
                    1 dash
grenadine syrup 
                     pineapplejuice       

                                                                                                        
Shake with ice and strain into a highball glass. Fill with pineapple juice.
Decorate with a slice of pineapple.

 

Mojito

60 ml white rhum
1-2 tbsp syrup
1/2 lime
a handful of fresh mint sprigs
club soda

 

Muddle the mint leaves with limejuice and syrup in a rocks glass.
Add white rhum and crushed ice.
Add a splash of club soda on the top.

Long Island Ice Tea

1 pt vodka
1 pt
gin
1 pt rhum
1 pt
tequila
1 pt Cointreau
1/4 squeezed lemon
cola

Fill half a highball glass with ice.
Carefully add vodka, gin, rhum, tequila, Cointreau and the lemon juice (in that order).
Add a splash of cola.

 

Mad Dog

 

40 mltequila
20 ml CrËme de Bananes (banana liqueur)
lime juice to fill

Build over plenty of ice cubes in a highball glass.
Fill up with sweetended lime juice.
Decorate with a slice of lime.

 

 

Long Beach ice Tea

20 mlgin
20 ml vodka
20 ml white rum
20 ml Cointreau
20 mltequila

Build in the above order, over ice, in a highball glass.
Fill up with cranberry juice.
Decorate with a slice of lime.

 

 

Baileys Coffee

40-60 ml Bailey's
hot coffee
loosely whipped cream

Build in a coffee glas or wine glass with extra thick walls.
Put a spoon in the glass and first add Bailey's, then coffee and last loosely whipped or shaken cream.

 

 

Irish Coffee

1 shot of Irish blended whisky
2 tsp brown sugar
strong, hot newly brewn coffee
lightly whipped or shaken cream

Put brown sugar and Irish whisky into a coffee glass (or a wine glass with extra thick walls). Add hot, strong coffee up to 1 cm (1/3 inch) from the glass rim. If you are cautious, you can leave the spoon in the glass to lead off the heat.)

Carefully add the lightly whipped cream over the back of a tablespoon.
Serve without a spoon or a straw. The cream moustache should be a natural side effect when drinking an Irish Coffee!

 

Apple Daiquiri

40 ml white rom
10 ml calvados
10 ml lemon juice
1 tsp syrup

Shake with crushed ice in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into a cocktail glass.

Decorate with a slice of apple.

 

 

Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri

40-60 ml white rum
3-4 strawberries
20 ml squeezed lime or lemon
1/2 tsp sugar
1 cup crushed ice



Mix all ingredients in a blender. Run the blender for 10-20 seconds.
Serve in a chilled wine glass or cocktail glass.
Decorate with a strawberry.

 

Inga from Sweden

3 parts XantÈ Poire au Cognac
1 part Campari Bitter
2 medium sized fresh strawberries cut up
in pieces
5 parts cranberry juice
1 dash syrup
1 lime wedge

Squeeze the juice out of a lime wedge and put it in a rocks glass with crushed ice.
Shake the other ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into the rocks glass.
Decorate with a strawberry.

 

Peach Ivanov

20 ml vodka
20 ml peach liqueur
20 ml lemon juice
20 ml lime juice
10 ml peach syrup
crushed ice

Blend in a mixer.
Serve in a hurricane glass or highball glass.

 

 


Strawberry Ivanov

20 ml vodka
20 ml strawberry or raspberry liqueur
150 ml strawberry mix
crushed ice

First mash up a strawberry mix consisting of strawberries, concentrated strawberry juice, lime and water.

Add to a mixer with crushed ice, vodka and strawberry or raspberry liqueur.
Run the mixer until you have a smooth consistancy.
Pour into a hurricane class (see picture).
